General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Fixed Gear Culture. In the following texts, “Designerpart KG” will be referred to by its brand name “Fixed Gear Culture”.
2. Contractual Partner, Formation of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Fixed Gear Culture. By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in your cart by clicking the checkout button. Immediately after the order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Fixed Gear Culture, [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at the following address without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned unopened, unworn, and in their original packaging.

4. Warranty and Guarantees
Warranty
Fixed Gear Culture complies with all mandatory warranty laws applicable to our products. If your product is defective or does not conform to the description, you are entitled to request a repair, replacement, or refund within the legally specified period.
5. Shipping Information
Shipping
Fixed Gear Culture ships via Austrian Post. We deliver to countries listed during the checkout process. Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the delivery location and will be displayed during checkout. Additional customs and import duties may apply for deliveries outside of the EU, which are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the customer.
6. Prices and Payment
The prices listed at the time of ordering on our website are final and include all applicable taxes. Ownership of the goods remains with us until full payment of the purchase price.
7. Promotional and Gift Vouchers
Promotional vouchers issued during advertising campaigns and gift vouchers purchased can be redeemed during the ordering process. The terms and conditions of the respective voucher apply. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers and must meet any minimum order value.
8. Refunds
Refunds for returned products will be processed automatically using the method you used for payment or by bank transfer, where applicable.

12. Order Cancellation and Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that do not comply with our terms, including but not limited to orders placed for commercial purposes or those manipulated by automated programs or third-party services. Orders generated by software, machines, crawlers, or other automated web programs or scripted behavior systems, or through the use of third-party services that place orders on your behalf, are subject to cancellation or refusal.
